Employment Verification Form

An employment verification form will be provided by the employer for its employee in different situations. It can be obtained by writing a formal employee verification letter to the relevant authorities. These employment forms can be used as evidence of jobs before some new employer or in banks to get loan and are also used in insurance companies. Generally, an employment verification form includes some basic information about the employee such as employee’s name, age, national identity card number, home address, phone number, email address, his/her designation, joining date, pay scale and the end date of the contract. It is only effective when it is signed by the concerned employer or signed by the Human Resource department.
